    A public-facing shop page that allows businesses using Billi to showcase their services and products in a beautiful, branded way. This page would serve as a mini storefront, giving business owners a link they can share with clients or embed on their website. Think of it as a lightweight, built-in shop that eliminates the need for external platforms like Shopify or Squarespace. Core Features We’d Love to See: Display of services and/or digital products Option to include images, pricing, descriptions, and category filters “Book Now” or “Buy Now” call-to-action buttons linked to Billi’s existing booking or invoicing system Custom branding (business logo, colors, etc.) A unique shareable URL

    We’d love the ability to create discount codes inside Billi so business owners can offer special pricing to their clients or customers. Whether it’s a seasonal sale, a limited-time offer, or a way to reward loyal clients, this feature would give users more flexibility to market and grow their business.   3. Embed storefront on website

    We’d love the ability to embed our Billi storefront directly into an existing website, like Showit, Squarespace, or WordPress. Using a simple embed code or iframe. Example: If you use Showit for your main website, you could drop your Billi storefront right into a section on your “Work With Me” or “Shop” page. Visitors can browse your services or products without ever leaving your site, and still check out through Billi.

    Can you add a pay in full tick box to services for those projects that don't have a deposit but need to be paid in full when booking, thanks once more!!

    Can you do at least a very simple editing tool suite for writing our service descriptions? I tried to even use dash lines but it's just all bunching together, thanks!

    We’d love the ability to create custom workflow sequences that get triggered automatically after a client or customer completes a checkout through Billi. This feature would allow business owners to connect specific actions to products or services, creating a smooth post-purchase experience without any manual follow-up. Example Workflow Use Cases: Instantly deliver a digital product via email Prompt the client to schedule a session using Billi’s calendar Send a contract to be signed for booked services Trigger a follow-up email after 3 or 7 days requesting a review/testimonial Add client to an onboarding sequence or checklist

  7. Automated review/testimonial requests after purchase or service date

    A feature that lets Billi users automatically collect client reviews or testimonials after a set number of days. Either from the date of purchase or the scheduled service date. This would give businesses a hands-off way to follow up with customers at the perfect time, when their experience is still fresh and they’re most likely to leave meaningful feedback. How It Could Work: Users can set a custom number of days after purchase or after a scheduled service date Trigger a review request email with customizable text Include a review form or testimonial link (or integrate with external platforms) Option to enable/disable per product or service Responses saved in the Billi dashboard or emailed directly to the user Also, it would be amazing to be able to import reviews for specific products. I have collected many reviews over the years and have them saved, so being able to import them would be great.

  8. Flodesk + Billi Integration

    Allow users to connect their Billi account to Flodesk and automatically sync clients and customers into specific Flodesk segments. This would make it easy to trigger email workflows and manage communication without manual exports. When someone books a service, signs a contract, or buys a product through Billi: Their name, email, and tag (based on what they booked or bought) is auto-sent to Flodesk.You could choose what list or segment they land in.Trigger Flodesk email sequences based on segment. Let’s say a new client signs a contract in Billi or purchases a service. Whether it's a PDF, eBook, guide, template, or course link, just upload the file, connect it to a product, and Billi handles the rest. Clients receive their file instantly via email or download link after checkout.

    Add a visual income tracker under the Finances tab to help users see exactly where their revenue is coming from. Use Billi’s brand colors to display charts, graphs, and income breakdowns, by service, product, client type, and time period. Make it easy to spot trends, top sellers, and seasonal slowdowns at a glance. Keep is basic and simple so it's not overwhelming.

    A feature for “Frequently Bought Together” section, where you can display a group of related products or services and give customers the option to add them all to their cart with one click. Even better? Offer a small percentage discount if they choose to get the full bundle. How it would work: Choose 2–3 related products or services to bundle togetherDisplay the bundle below the main product on the storefrontLet customers check or uncheck items and click “Add Selected” Automatically apply a small discount if all items are selected (like 20% off the bundle)

    The ability to add custom events to the Billi calendar. Things like meetings, deadlines, or personal time blocks, and have them appear alongside bookings and appointments. Even better? The option to publicly share your availability (without revealing the event details), so clients can easily see when you’re free.
